Great
Grey Shrike at Vales Moor
At least five CHOG
regulars survey adjacent New Forest 'patches' as part of a monthly winter
bird study coordinated by the Hampshire Ornithological Society (HOS).
The main species of interest is Great Grey Shrike and some of the areas
covered by CHOG can be relatively productive, not least Vales Moor,
where this individual was photographed.
