Brown Argus
- Seen in very small numbers most years at Stanpit, but just this one record so far on the Hengistbury side of the Harbour.
- Wingspan about 30 mm (1.2 inches)
- Distinguished from the brown form of female Common Blue by the prominent dark spot on each forewing (absent or indistinct in female Common Blue) and by the long and narrow abdomen.
