Gatekeeper

• Wingspan about 40 mm (1.6) inches
• Two white spots in the “eye”
• Orange on all four upper wings
• Very common in July and August all along the tracks from Wick Ferry to the Nursery
• Male has diagonal dark wing bars on the forewing (none on female)
