Small White

• Wingspan about 45 mm (1.8 inches)
• Upperside : grey (not black) wingtips on the front wings extending in each case only as far as the point of the tip
• In flight a slightly “off white” appearance compared with Green-veined White
• Quite common from May until early October all along the tracks from Wick Ferry to the Nursery
