CHOG Workshop: Wader Identification

Beginners Wader identification workshop.

Saturday 9 September at 2.00pm at Normandy Marsh

An outdoor workshop to learn how to identify the winter waders we see in this area. You will learn the key characteristics to identify each species and also hear about their behaviours, where they breed and other fascinating information.

This is a workshop for CHOG members only rather than a guided walk because it will be a small group of up to 12 people with the aim of improving skills of those attending. There will be plenty of opportunity for questions and trying out your new learning. Led by Dave Taylor. Length: approximately 2 hours. Cost: £5.
